Why is there a charge on my card?
If you have a charge from My Faster PC on your credit card, you ordered My Faster PC, My Phone Support, or another product from ConsumerSoft. This charge is either a subscription charge for My Faster PC or a one-time charge for our other products.
What is My Faster PC?
My Faster PC is a diagnostic and utility software for your PC. My Faster PC can help you optimize PC performance, clean your hard drive, manage your startup items, and find registry issues. My Faster PC is not an antivirus program or malware/spyware remover, but we work in conjunction with them to keep your computer in good working order.
What is My Phone Support?
My Phone Support is our premium technical support service. My Phone Support provides 24/7 remote tech support via phone and internet. Plans range from one-time fixes to annual plans for multiple computers. If you have questions about My Phone Support, please contact us for more information.
I don't remember ordering?
If you don't remember ordering one of these products, ask your spouse or other people who share your credit card. Chances are they may have placed the order. Can I get a receipt for this charge?
Yes. Every time we charge your credit card, we send an email receipt to the email address we have on file.

Can I get a refund?
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once, we are happy to refund duplicate charges.
My Faster PC Initial Charge: We provide a 30 day money-back guarantee for My Faster PC. After the 30 day period, the initial charge is non-refundable. You can also cancel your subscriptions at any time.
My Faster PC Renewal Charges: In the first 90 days after the renewal charge you are entitled to a full refund minus a $5 cancellation fee. Past these 90 days your subscription charge is non-refundable.
My Phone Support Initial Charge: If we are unable to solve your technical issue, you are entitled to a full refund for your support services. You must request this refund within 7 days of the original purchase. If you want a refund for annual support services past the first 7 days, you are eligable for a pro-rata refund based on the amount of time passed from your initial order.
